So we are fast approaching the 1000 mark on the facebook group for our little sanctuary of Light. Granted we don't have 1000 joining us every week LOL. However our Spiritual family is now worldwide. With most Friday and Sunday nights attracting a core of 50 to a 100 friends we always create so much energy that the guest mediums often acknowledge.
Apart from the many SNU churches Woolston is the only truly free and independent Spiritual Centre in Southampton with only a very few in Hampshire and beyond; where there are no rules, regulations and procedures. Onwards and upwards we are all serving Spirit.

So apart from the other smaller charitable events we have every year our main annual push to raise funds this year will be for The Alzheimer's Society with 4 top local mediums demonstrating their mediumship. Cheryl Brennan, Janet Emilymae and Colin Flaherty have been booked so far. Negotiations for the 4th medium are ongoing. Full details will be given nearer the time and we expect a great turnout for support as we always do.
Woolston Spiritual Centre's friends have been so generous and almost £6000.00 has been raised over the last 3 years. In particular £1500.00 for the NSPCC in 2014.

The marvellous psychic artist Sandy Ingham from Cornwall is back to serve us for a 3rd time and now with her close friend the well known top medium Stephen Holbrook from Yorkshire who will connect with the faces Sandy draws and bring messages to those in the audience who advise the Spirit person's drawing belongs to them. A great night for Spirit and for all Spiritual people and again the venue will be the Novotel Southampton.

Well what can I say, 240 people came along and enjoyed a fabulous night with Colin Fry. A great atmosphere, with great mediumship delivered in a compassionate and at times humurous way. Colin had the audience at ease right from the start. At the end of the evening he took the time to chat, have photos taken and sign books which was greatly appreciated especially with the knowledge that his father in law had passed to spirit that morning and no one would have blamed him if he had wanted to rush off home to Mike.
We at Woolston spiritual centre look forward to seeing Colin again when he can come as suggested by him to do an evening of Trance to a selected audience.. Many thanks Colin for a Great Evening and wish you well on your tour.

Well I must say what a great day we all had on the workshop 23rd Nov 2013. Everyone enjoyed it including Myself, Kath & Niki. The 32 students had a hard but rewarding day. Pictures are now in the photo gallery. I am looking forward to the next one in the new year and hope that it will be just as successful as this one was. Jason Brooks was nominated as Student of the day but it was a close call, in Shana Hart, Rachel Anderson Sanger to name a couple. It was not an easy decision as there were so many great moments for everyone throughout the day. Thank you all who attended as it is your energy that made it. Annette

Well discussions have been underway and it has been decided between Dan Clarke & Jenny Docherty & WSC that the chosen charity for next years event will be for the NSPPC, A very worthy charity as we all hear horrendous things that happen to our children of this world. It will be a ticket event so please watch out for the Event when posted. Thank you. Have a great week. xx

Hi everyone-- Just thought I would add a blog page to the site to tell you news on. As some of you know ,the money raised at our centre is either given to charities or goes back to you the supporters of our lovely centre. We gave the neonatal £500 when we first took over in April last year, we donated £600 to Naomi House for the end of life care of children and £400 to Cancer uk. Our Demothon in August raised just over £1000 which was split bertween Help for Hero's and the Talipes group for children born with lower limb deformaties. A recent Macmillan coffee morning also raised a phenominal amout of £561-46p in just 3 hours. We would like to thank everyone that donated fabulous prizes and services to make the morning such a success and of course everyone that came and dug deep to give so generously.
We are looking forward to our subsidised trip to the Mayflower theatre to see Ghost and of course our Christmas party on the 7th December, Good company- good food and a bit of dancing all provided for by Woolston Spiritual centre.
Our main Charity event next year will be on Saturday 24th May for another well known childrens charity, we expect a huge turnout for this event. We have the Fabulous Jenny Docherty and Dan Clarke joining together which in itself will provide laughter all night long.
More updates later. Love & Blessings to you all xxx
